A few days ago I showed you all the first stripe color my Mom and I did for my home office, and now it’s completed! I did a darker blueish/grey and a very light silver. I LOVE IT! I’m very excited to finally have it done, I’ve always wanted to paint stripes in a room 🙂
After letting the darker stripes dry for 48 hours, I went back in and used the yellow Frog Tape (which is for delicate surfaces, and walls that have recently been painted), and applied it to the tops and bottom lines of the dark stripes.
I then painted the light stripes! I let them dry for a little over an hour with the tape still on.
After that I took the tape off and voila! Beautiful stripes!
