About Us

Hello there! My name is Marissa but you can call me Rissa for short. I am engaged to a wonderful guy, Charlie. We both have a love for design and are graphic designers. We own a graphic and website design business called Riss Design Group. We have been together for over 8 years and decided after 2 years of dating it was time to find that perfect house. It took about 2 years to find this perfect house but let me tell you – it was worth it! Charlie found the house online one night and it looked amazing so we had to check it out. OMG – love at first sight! The house is over 3,400 square feet with six, yes you heard me right, SIX bedrooms…with an awesome addition for the master bedroom!

What are we going to do with all this space? Well, keep coming back and we’ll let you know what we do with each room and take you along our journey every step of the way! Want to know how we do something, where we bought it, etc? We’ll tell you! We love a challenge and love the idea of do it yourself projects. We are so excited to show you everything we do for our new home.
