When we first moved into the house my mom gave us a wooden circular table that has two leafs that fold down. I love it – but I loved the idea of it being white even more 🙂 It’s been sitting on our front porch, and since our porch is in full on renovation mode at the moment, I decided to paint it white so we can keep it on the porch to eat on!
Check it out before, it just needed a little TLC…
I had another one of these 8oz Valspar paint samples, so I decided to use this. It worked great. I had just enough paint for 2 coats.
I sanded down the top of the table a little bit before painting.
And here’s the final product! I think it came out great. It will be an awesome table to sit at when the porch is done (hopefully next week – cross your fingers!)
I LOVE when I get the chance to paint furniture. It’s actually relaxing and it’s crazy to see how different something as simple as a table can look when it’s done.
What have you painted recently?!
