When shopping for Charlie for Christmas, I was online one night and was looking at Moleskine notebooks. He loooves Moleskine notebooks. They’re a little pricey, but it’s worth it because the quality of these books are amazing, especially compared to regular ones. I came across one called a Recipe Journal, and I never knew Moleskine had these kinds of books! I was so excited, I knew I had to order him one, because I knew he never saw it before either 🙂
I ordered it over a week before Christmas, assuming it would be here on time. Wrong! It came December 27, but that’s ok because I printed out a picture of it and gave it to him on Christmas. We finally just got around to opening the box, and it definitely did not let me down! It is seriously cool and we can’t wait to put recipes in it. If you’re anything like us, you’ll find a recipe online, print it out, lay it out when using it and then lose it somewhere. Well not anymore folks, starting NOW I am putting our favorite recipes in this baby and getting us recipe organized for 2013!

There are tabbed sections, including: Appetizers, Main Dishes, Side Dishes, Desserts, etc…there are also blank tabs allowing you to create your own sections. On each page you can write down the recipe, ingredients, directions, level of difficulty, cooking time and even what wines go good with each dish.
It even came with stickers and tabs! Ahhh this is my new favorite book! If stickers don’t get you excited, then I don’t know what will.
