We went to Home Goods again last night in search of a gift for someone, NOT for ourselves, but what do you think happened? We found 2 things for the house and couldn’t find the gift we were looking for! I know, I know…
But anyway, we did find a huge cork board! Rissa has had her eye on these for months and finally we found the perfect one. When you own a business it’s easy to forget meetings, times and dates for things, so staying organized is the best way to be. Now every time a meeting is scheduled or a bill is due, it goes on the cork board!! New house rule lol.
It has a frame around it, and it has a metal look to it, but really it’s just a metallic colored paint. Pretty cool I think – and it will look good in the colors planned for the home offices!! Not sure of the size, but it’s huge…will update when measured.
Cork board cost: $30…this is a great price for something so large!
We also found an entertainment center on SALE! It’s black with silver metal detailing, and is very modern looking. Charlie spotted it and decided it was his in .2 seconds. I asked a woman working why it’s on sale, and she said people had been a little too rough with one of the sliding doors, and it was a little wobbly. Well you know what we call that? An easy fix! It’s now ours and is on hold until we pick it up, because we were driving the smaller car we couldn’t take it the same day. Pictures will be posted once it has arrived!
