Hello everyone! Hope you all had an awesome weekend! I wanted to give an update on what to expect this week, because I feel like it’s going to be an exciting and busy week. My sister’s baby shower is this Sunday, and my other sister is coming home for it, as well as some other family. My pregnant sister Megan already has a little girl, she’s 4, and she’s now expecting a baby boy! We’re all very excited and can’t wait for him to be here. My family is used to ALL girls, so a boy is going to be a whole new ball game. Seriously – it’s my oldest sister Megan, my other older sister Molly, and me. Then Meg had my niece 4 years ago, so we were all expecting a girl again. When we found out it’s a boy my reaction was, no it’s not that’s a joke! Lol, seriously. But no joke, it’s a boy and we’re thrilled! Can’t wait to spoil him and his big sister even more!
But enough of my family history, I wanted to let you guys know I am going to be doing some baby shower DIY projects this week! Woo-hoo! I wont ruin the surprise by showing you examples of what I want to do, but I will tell you what I have thought of so far: one is a snack and one is part of a present. I’m going to give each project my own twist 🙂
I also hope to start fixing up our downstairs half bathroom. It’s in need of some wallpaper removal, painting, and picture hanging. You’ll most likely be amazed by my before and afters, that is, if it turns out what I have pictured in my head lol.
