We still can’t believe Christmas has already come and past, it came so quickly and was over in the snap of a finger! But we had an amazing day with our families 🙂 On Christmas Eve we went to church with Charlie’s family and went to his parent’s for dinner and presents. After dinner we went to my Mom’s for our annual Christmas Eve PJ’s! Every year she gets us Christmas pajamas – it’s the best tradition, and she reads ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas – we all sign the book every single year. I have 2 older sisters, and my oldest sister has a 4 year old, Cali. She also has one on the way – a boy coming soon in March ’13!! So my mom really enjoys reading that with Cali here. On Christmas day Charlie and I came over to my mom’s bright and early for presents and breakfast. We got so many amazing gifts from our families, so if any of our family is reading this thank you all SO MUCH! We love every gift!!! For breakfast, we were very eager to try out Charlie’s new egg poacher (I got him a little stocking stuffer – an egg poacher for eggs benedict AKA eggs benny). Eggs benny is his absolute fav! It was delicious and obviously we had to have some Christmas morning mimosas! It was a great day 🙂
Rissa got a slow cooker!!! She’s wanted one since we first started looking for houses lol. Seriously can’t wait to cooking amazing-ness in this beast.
Rissa’s sister Molly made a housewarming type basket for us! Full of goodies!

Everyone knows we make the world’s best fajitas, or at least we like to think we do, so Molls gave us some delicious fajita rub from Williams-Sonoma AKA the greatest store ever made.
Rissa puts hot sauce on everything and loves trying new kinds. You can NEVER go wrong with hot sauce. Unless it’s that green kind you see in Mexican restaurants, we’re not sure about that stuff yet.
This next one…AWESOME. Flavored popcorn?! Can’t wait.

Rissa’s mom put these in her stocking. We love avocados and now we can perfectly peel and cut them!! Best creation ever!
