Remember how a few posts back, I mentioned my sister gave us a basket full of goodies for Christmas? Well this little baby was inside the basket (she knows we have an obsession with fajitas). We couldn’t wait to try it out, so we thought we would share.
We tried it a little differently than it suggests on the can – instead of rubbing the seasoning onto the chicken we put about 1.5 tablespoons into the cooked chicken and peppers, and added about half a cup of water. It came out excellent! It was really great. The only thing we would add next time are tomatoes.
